1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Zanari ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.

2. Description of Service

Zanari provides a suite of web-based design and development tools, including but not limited to color contrast checkers, ratio calculators, and typography explorers. We offer both free and paid ("Pro") tiers of service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Pro Subscriptions: Certain features, such as the "Workspace" and advanced tool capabilities, are available only to Pro subscribers. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to Pro features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zanari and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our service, except as incidental to normal web browsing and use of the tools.

5. User-Generated Content & Local Processing

You retain all rights to any data or content you input into our tools. Since our tools are designed to process data locally in your browser, we do not transmit or store your designs, calculations, or configurations on our servers. Your content remains on your device.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the software.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zanari, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
